Shipping Terms from J&S Lighting
J&S Lighting Supply ships orders via Fedex Ground, Fedex Express, UPS, or USPS. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
The standard shipping fee per order is a flat rate of $7.99, regardless of how many bulbs are ordered.
Due to the necessity of extra packaging materials/methods on some items, surcharges will be added for T12/HID ballasts and light bulbs that are 20" or longer.
We cannot guarantee that express delivery services will deliver your order without breakage. In the event that your product is damaged through express delivery, and is replaceable under the terms and conditions, we will reship using FedEx Ground.
The original express shipping charges are not refundable; if you would like the reshipment to be sent express delivery, we will subtract $7.99 and the remaining difference will be your responsibility.
In the event that you choose to return your items to J&S Lighting Supply, shipping fees are non-refundable.
